This organization broadly uses the words equity and inequity as umbrella terms for all its forms. Thus, the name of the organization being Equity 4 Everyone. Since this covers a vast amount of subjects and issues, they have been grouped into 4 main areas of focus although they are interconnected:

Social: fair treatment of all people and equitable access to opportunities and outcomes
Life Essentials: access to clean water, food, housing, health care, safety, etc.
